Nai-Ngieb Noodle in Fish Ball Soup has been initiated from Khun Somchart Saleepattana, known as Nai-Ngieb. In the past, his family owned a grocery shop where located on Tiger God Market (Talaad Chaoporsue) —the center of fish ball in Bangkok. According to he likes fish ball, he’s tried eating at many famous shops. So it is not wondering he can figure out the fish ball deliciousness. Besides, his favorite is also an inspiration to make fish ball. Fortunately, he was told the secret recipe then we adjusted and developed for the great satisfaction. Later on, his brand new “Nai-Ngieb noodle in fish ball soup” has been opened and became popular easily. The first shop was opened in 1972 and located on Tiger God Shrine (Saan Jao Por Sue). Due to it is too small, Nai-Ngieb moved to open at Baang Khoon Nont in 1976. With many people visited, he decided to open another “Bhuddamonthon branch” on 4th December 1984.
